Waimea means River Garden in Maori. An aromatic, fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc in a ‘crunchy’ top-of-the-south style. Fragrant blossom and fresh herbal notes combine with citrus and tropical fruit flavours. A small portion of wild fermentation in seasoned oak barrels imparts savoury characters and silky texture to the palate.
